fa فرآیند تحول مکتب اخباری و اصولی با تأکید بر واکنش شیخ بهایی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <p dir="RTL"><a name="_Toc365179388"><strong>جهانبخش ثواقب</strong></a><a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title=""><strong>*</strong></a></p> <p dir="RTL">چکیده</p> <p dir="RTL">مکتب‌های فقهی اصولی‌گری و اخباری‌گری از سده‌های درازی پیش از صفویه، هم‌زمان با پیدایی مکاتب فقهی اهل‌سنّت (سده دوم هجری) پدید آمدند، اما در دورۀ صفویه به کوشش محمّدامین استرآبادی در گسترش اخباری‌گری و نقد دیدگاه‌های فقهای اصولی‌گرای شیعه، به مرحلۀ مهم‌تری از تاریخ حیات فقه شیعه گام نهادند؛ چنان‌که تا پیش از صفویه، بیشتر به موضوع‌های فقهی و مباحث علمی می‌پرداختند، اما از آن پس ویژگی‌های سیاسی و صنفی نیز یافتند و هر یک دیگری را تحریم و تکفیر می‌کرد و به او تهمت می‌زد. از حلقه هر یک از آنها، عالمان برجسته‌ای پا به عرصه گذاشتند که می‌کوشیدند بر پایه دلایل رقیب را از میدان بیرون و صحت مکتب خویش را اثبات کنند. بهاءالدین محمّد بن‌حسین بن‌عبدالصمد معروف به شیخ بهایی (953 - 1030 ق)، از عالمان برجسته، مؤثر و جامع‌الاطراف دورۀ صفویه بود که در مسائل دینی، علمی و فرهنگی این دوره بسیار تأثیر گذارد. شیخ بهایی از دید فقهی به کدام یک از این دو (اصولی و اخباری) می‌گرایید؟ کارهای شیخ در این میانه چه بوده است؟ آیا شیخ در جرگه اصولیان یا اخباریان جای می‌گرفت؟ این مقاله با روی<span dir="LTR">‌</span>کردی به ماجرای اصولی‌گری ـ اخباری‌گری در دورۀ صفویه، جایگاه شیخ بهایی را در این میان بررسی و مکتب فقهی او را آشکار کرده است.</p> <div>&nbsp; <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" > <div id="ftn1"> <p dir="RTL"><a href="#_ftnref1" name="_ftn1" title="">*</a> دانشیار دانشگاه لرستان، گروه تاریخ، خرم‌آباد، ایران. <span dir="LTR">jahan_savagheb@yahoo.com</span></p> </div> </div> <h1>The Process of Evolution of Informational (Akhbarid) and Doctrinal (Osulid) Schools with an Emphasis on Sheikh Bahai&#39;s Positioning</h1> <p>Jahanbakhsh Savagheb<a href="#_ftn1" name="_ftnref1" title=""><strong>[1]</strong></a></p> <h2>Abstract</h2> <p>Two religious approaches, doctrinal and informational, came to existence along with creation of Sunni schools of jurisprudence (second century A. H) and became highly important during the Safavid period due to the attempts made by Mohammad Amin Astarabadi in expanding informational approach and critiquing the tenets of doctrinal approaches. While, before this era, scientific and jurisprudential were mainly discussed, during this period, political aspects were added and each party attempted to reject, curse and accuse the other one. Famous scientists appeared who tried to reject their rival approach through their own reasoning and win their own school. Among these was Sheikh Bahai (953-1030 A. H) who was a prominent and influential scholar in religious, scientific and cultural fields. The main question is whether he subscribed to doctrinal approach or informational one? What were his activities?
