fa جایگاه ابوعلی چَغانی در تعاملات نظامی و سیاسی دولت سامانی تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">آل محتاج ازجمله فرمانروایان محلی ولایت چَغانیان، در بخش علیای آمودریا، بودند که هم‌‌زمان با دورۀ اقتدار امیراسماعیل سامانی (279-295ق)، در منطقۀ تحت‌سلطۀ خود، یعنی بخش‌‌هایی از خراسان و ری، حاکمیت داشتند. این سلسلۀ محلی دست‌نشاندۀ دولت سامانی نقش مؤثری در اقتدار سیاسی و نظامی آن دولت داشت. صداقت و شجاعت امیران این خاندان، ازجمله ابوعلی‌‌ چغانی، در امور سیاسی، نظامی، و اقتصادی سبب شد تا به برجسته‌‌ترین مقام‌‌های حکومتی و لشکری سامانیان نایل آیند. مسئلۀ اصلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی اقدامات و خدمات سیاسی و نظامی ابوعلی چغانی و تاثیر آن بر اقتدار دولت سامانی است. این نوشتار بر آن است تا با رویکردی توصیفی-تحلیلی، به این پرسش‌‌ها پاسخ دهد که اولاً این خاندان چگونه توانستند در این دولت به چنین جایگاه برجسته‌ای نایل آیند و اعتماد دولت‌مردان سامانی را به دست آورند و ثانیاً، چه نقشی در سازمان سپاه سامانی و تحولات نظامی این دولت داشتند. یافته‌‌های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که ظهور و سقوط چغانیان نقطۀ عطفی در تاریخ ایران محسوب می‌‌شود؛ چراکه با حذف چغانیان، به‌عنوان سپه‌سالاران کل خراسان و در رأس آنان، ابوعلی چغانی، از صحنۀ سیاسی و نظامی دورۀ سامانیان، قدرت‌‌های دهقانی ایرانی از اریکۀ قدرت نظامی فروآمدند و از بین رفتند. همین عامل، از عوامل مهم سقوط دولت سامانیان به شمار می‌‌رود.</span></span> Al -e- Muhtaj were one of the local rulers of Chaghanian region in upper part of the Oxus (Amu Darya) that had autonomy concurrent with period of Amir Ismaʽil Samani (279-295 AH) in their dominated area, i.e. parts of&nbsp; Khorasan and Rey. This local dynasty as puppet of Samanids, had effective role in political and military power of that state. Honesty and courage of emirs of this clan, including Abu-Ali Chaghani, in political, military, and economic affairs of Samanid state caused them to gain most prominent governmental and military positions of Samanids. The main issue of the current research is to investigate Abu-Ali Chaghani&rsquo;s political and military measurements and services and their impact on power of Samanid state. This paper is going to respond the following questions with a descriptive-analytic approach: first, how this dynasty could reach such prominent place and obtain confidence of Samanid statesmen; and second, what role it had in organization of Samanids&rsquo; army and military evolutions. The findings suggest that emergence and fall of Chaghanian is a milestone in Iran history; since by removing Chaghanian (especially, Abu-Ali), who were generalissimos of all Khorasan, from political and military posts of Samanids, the Iranian powers of popular and low social people were waned and diminished and this is one of the important factors of the Samanids downfall.<span dir="RTL"></span> ابوعلی‌‌ چغانی, آل محتاج, چغانیان, سامانیان.
