Analytical review of the Omavian approaches to the issue of Mahdism

Mahdism as one of the most important and attractitve issues in the prophetic heritage faced different perspectives and approaches in Islamic history. Therefore, knowing the attitudes of a variety of spectra that over time has become a platform for the formation of diverse developments and thoughts is essential. This research has been written with the aim of analyzing this issue among the Omavian and using the authentic historical and anecdotal sources and utilizing the analysis of information obtained from the early stages and providing documentary analysis, explores the various approaches of the Omavi dynasty to the teachings of Mahdiism.It seems that Omavian dynasty in relation to this issue had been silent and ignorant before Ashura; But at the end of the first century attempted to introduce Mahdism in such forms as Jesus and then some of the ‎
Umayyad Caliphate. As Sufyany was faced with significant changes in this theory as one of the descendants of Abu Sufyan. And He was introduced with the image of an introduction and helper in building an ideal justice throughout world with Mahdi.
