Adopting descriptive analytical approach, this article seeks to figure out Hira relationship with Arabian Peninsula local states and tribes. According to the findings, Hira political-military affairs with Sassanid and East Roman empire did not disrupt its interaction with Arabian Peninsula tribal inhabitants. The political-economic interaction was various according to the authority, territory, and demography of the tribes.
