fa مبانی همزیستی مسالمت‌آمیز پیامبر اکرم(ص) با اهل ذمه (مقاله ترویجی) تخصصي Special ترویجی case report <div style="text-align: justify;"><span dir="RTL" lang="FA" style="font-size:12.0pt"><span style="font-family:&quot;B Nazanin&quot;">آگاهی از نوع تعامل رسول خدا(ص) با اهل ذمه و درک مبانی آن، به جهت اسوه و الگو بودن آن&shy;حضرت، از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. اهل ذمه که شامل آن دسته از اهل کتاب می‌شوند که با قرارداد ذمه، در پناه حکومت اسلامی زندگی می‌کنند، در صدر اسلام شامل طیف وسیعی از مسیحیان، یهودیان، صابئین و زرتشتیان بودند. این نوشتار کوشیده نوع تعامل با آنان را در سیره رسول خدا(ص) توصیف کند. این نوشتار با روش توصیفی و تحلیلی، در بررسی نوع تعامل پیامبر به این نتیجه رسیده که اصل کلی در برخورد با اهل ذمه، همزیستی مسالمت‌آمیز با آنان بوده&shy;است. پیامبر اکرم همواره بر رعایت حقوق اهل ذمه تأکید کرده است. ایشان تلاش کرده‌ امنیت مالی و جانی اهل ذمه تأمین وآزادی آنان تضمین شود، حقوق آنان رعایت شود و همواره با آنان در جامعه اسلامی مدارا صورت بگیرد و از خشونت و بدرفتاری با آنان پرهیز شود. مبانی این رفتارها ریشه در آموزه‌های دینی دارد. در این آموزه‌ها بر آزادی دینی، امنیت جانی و مالی اهل ذمه به رسمیت شناخته شده، خوش رفتاری با غیرمسلمانان مورد تأکید قرار گرفته و از لزوم احترام به حقوق غیرمسلمانان سخن به میان آمده است</span></span></div> <div style="text-align: justify;"><br> &nbsp;<span style="font-size:10pt"><span style="line-height:115%"><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,serif"><span lang="EN-GB" style="font-size:11.0pt"><span style="line-height:115%">Understanding the nature of the Messenger of God&rsquo;s (PBUH) interaction with the Dhimmis and comprehending its underlying foundations is of particular significance, given his status as a model and exemplar for Muslims. Dhimmis, who comprise those People of the Book living under the protection of the Islamic government through a covenant of dhimmah, included a wide range of Christians, Jews, Sabians, and Zoroastrians during the early Islamic period. This study seeks to describe the nature of the Prophet&rsquo;s interaction with them as reflected in his conduct (Sīrah). Employing a descriptive-analytical method, the study concludes that the general principle governing the Prophet&rsquo;s treatment of the Dhimmis was peaceful coexistence. The Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) consistently emphasized the observance of the rights of the Dhimmis. He endeavored to ensure their personal and financial security, guarantee their freedom, safeguard their rights, and promote tolerance and accommodation toward them within the Islamic community, while avoiding violence and mistreatment. The foundations of these practices are rooted in religious teachings.
