fa بررسی علل و پیامد تهاجم روسیه به حرم مطهر امام رضا در سال1330ق/1912م بر اساس اسناد نویافته تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">در سال1330ق/1291ش روسیه تزاری به حرم مطهر امام رضا</span></span><span dir="LTR"><span style="font-family:alaem;">7</span></span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;"> تعرض کرد. این اقدام متجاوزانه تعدی علنی و عمدی به حقوق و احساسات مذهبی ملت ایران بود و پیامدهای سیاسی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی زیادی به همراه داشت. این تحقیق به دنبال پاسخ</span></span><span dir="LTR">‌</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">گویی به پرسش‌های ذیل است. چرا حکومت مرکزی از ایجاد آشوب جلوگیری نکرد؟ مقدار خسارات وارده به حرم مطهر چقدر بود؟ اهداف روس‌ها از ایجاد این بحران چه بود؟ یافته‌های پژوهش</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">نشان می‌دهد که ضعف دولت مرکزی در مقابل روس‌ها و همدستی حاکم و رئیس نظمیه مشهد</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">و متولی آستانه با آنها موجب شد که دولت نتواند از ایجاد این بحران جلوگیری کند. هدف روس‌ها از ایجاد این آشوب، نمایش ضعف حاکم محلی و دولت مرکزی در برقراری نظم و امنیت و ایجاد جو ترس و وحشت</span></span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">به منظور عقب نشینی مشروطه خواهان و براندازی نظام مشروطه بود. در این ماجرا مقادیری از اموال حرم مفقود و تخریب شد و شماری از مردم زخمی و کشته شدند. روش تحقیق در این مقاله به صورت کتابخانه‌ای و مراجعه به اسناد و تطبیق و تحلیل منابع موجود، بوده ‌‌است. بیشتر اسناد استفاده شده در این مقاله، متعلق به آرشیو اداره اسناد و تاریخ دیپلماسی وزارت امور خارجه، مشهور به اِستادوخ</span></span><span dir="LTR">(estādux)</span> <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">است. اسناد مذکور برای نخستین بار جهت پژوهش از آرشیو استخراج و استفاده شده است.</span></span> In 1330 A.H. / 1291 A.H.S., Tsarist Russia invaded the Holy Shrine of Imam Reza. The invasive act was an open and intentional violation of the rights and religious sentiments of Iranian people and had a lot of political, social and economic consequences. The study is to answer the following questions.Why did not the central government prevent the chaos? How much was the damage to the Holy Shrine? What was Russia&rsquo;s aim of causing this crisis? According to the findings of the study, the central government&rsquo;s weakness against Russians, the conspiracy of the governor and the police chief in Mashhad and the custodian of Astan with Russians were the major factors that made the government not to prevent the tragedy.&nbsp; The aim of Russia in the matter of&nbsp; causing this chaos was to reveal the weakness of the local governor and the central government in restoring order and security, causing fear and intimidation in order for constitutionalists to retreat and overthrowing the constitutional system through the chaos. The damages included: loss of some property in the Shrine, destruction of the Shrine and also casualties and injuries inflicted upon innocent people.
