fa محمد اسد و گروش به اسلام تخصصي Special پژوهشي Research <span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">مطالعات اسلامی درغرب،‌ همواره با انگیزه‌ها و اهداف مختلف تبشیری، سیاسی، استعماری و اقتصادی بوده،‌ چنان که دسته&shy;ای از نویسندگان و پژوهشگران به نقد و بررسی آن&shy;ها روی کرده&shy;اند،‌ اما وجه دیگر مطالعات مسشترقان؛ یعنی مطالعه و تحقیق در باب اسلام و به قصد ایمان آوردن و گروش به این دین، تاکنون مورد توجه درخور قرار نگرفته است. یکی از اینان لئوپولد ویس&nbsp;</span></span><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">‌</span><span style="font-family:b mitra;"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;">خاورشناس برجسته یهودی بود که با گرایش به اسلام و گزینش نام محمد اسد برای خویش وارد جرگه مسلمانی شده است. &nbsp;پژوهش حاضر با رویکرد زمینه شناسانه، به بررسی دلایل و زمینه‌های گروش او به دین اسلام می‌پردازد و علاوه بر آن نشان می دهد که چگونه محمد اسد در آثاری که درباره اسلام نوشته است، اندیشه‌های اسلامی معاصر را به نقد می‌کشد و از اندیشه‌های اسلامی، به زعم خویش اصیل، دفاع می‌کند. اسد در جستجوی راهی برای برون‌رفت از سیر نزولی مسلمانان و درمان عقب‌ ماندگی آنها بوده و می‌کوشید با تأکید بر حس اعتماد در میان مسلمانان، آنها را به مقاومت در برابر فرهنگ‌های دیگر برانگیزد.</span></span> <div>&nbsp; <hr align="left" size="1" width="33%" ><div id="ftn1"></div></div> Islamic studies always had diverse motives and goals of evangelical, political, colonial and economic nature. Although, the Western approach to conducting studies and researches on Isalm, in the hope of believing in and converting to the religion, has not been taken into consideration yet. The study surveys the reasons and grounds for the conversion of the prominent Jewish Orientalist Leopold Weiss (Muhammad Asad) to the Islam with a context-based approach. This article makes an attempt to show how Muhammad asad , in the works he has published about islam , criticizes contemporary islamic Thoughts and tries to defend the ( original ) islamic thoughts on his part.
